An upcoming Indian mythological film based on the epic Ramayana is titled Adipurush (transl. First man[a]). [3] Om Raut wrote and directed the movie, which was made by T-Series and Retrophiles. The movie, starring Prabhas as Raghava, Kriti Sanon as Janaki, and Saif Ali Khan as Lankesh, was simultaneously shot in Hindi and Telugu.

Adipurush, the next film by Om Raut, has been making headlines since since its creators unveiled its first teaser at a significant gathering in Ayodhya. Many people have responded negatively to the teaser, criticising its VFX and world-building. In response to the preview, actor Mukesh Khanna recently stated that the movie “will not work” since it contradicts the audience’s beliefs.
