The story of ‘Dial 100′ begins with Nikhil Sood, a Senior Police Officer, starting his shift in the Mumbai Police Emergency Control Room on a rainy night. Although he tries to focus on his work, his personal life is in turmoil due to his wife Prerna’s difficult relationship with their teenage son, Dhruv. Amidst this, he receives a distress call from a woman who is contemplating suicide due to a personal tragedy. As the conversation progresses, Nikhil realizes that the caller knows more about his personal life than he would like. He now faces a race against time to prevent the caller from revealing a dark secret that could put his loved ones’ safety at risk.

Seema believes that Dhruv was also involved in the accident and wants him to bring Yash to her. With his family in danger, Nikhil is forced to make a difficult decision to save them from Seema’s wrath.
